Salesian Bulletin Archive
For some time now, we have expanded the archive by including the issues of the Italian printed Salesian Bulletin from 1910 to 1950, including the last issue of this interval.
From 1946 to 1995, alongside the classic edition of the Salesian Bulletin (intended for all Salesian Cooperators), there was a supplementary edition, published almost monthly, designated for the leaders. This version had the same title as the main one but featured a subtitle that changed over the years:
– in 1946 it was addressed to the “most reverend diocesan directors and decurions”
– in 1955 it was directed to the “leaders of the Union of Salesian Cooperators”
– in 1958 to the “leaders of the Salesian Cooperators”
– from 1968 simply to the “leaders”
until it concluded in 1995.
This supplementary edition has also been added to the list of the Salesian Bulletin. You will find it, along with the classic edition, on the page dedicated to the SB Archive (in Italian).
2025 Salesian Calendar
On the page dedicated to the Salesian Calendar for 2025, we have decided to separate the Latin calendar, proposing it on a separate page, accessible via the link available at the top of the main calendar page.
In this section, dedicated to the Latin calendar, it is also possible to consult the official printed calendar in PDF format, which includes the Addenda et varianda in Officio et Missa and the Parvum calendarium ad usum SDB.
May we remind you that the calendar is accessible by clicking on the event of the day present in the Salesian Calendar widget, located in the right column of the Home Page.
Advanced Search
At the end of the main menu, a new page entitled Advanced Search has been added.
In addition to the two search engines (internal and external), several search modes are now available, designed to help you find the information you are interested in. In particular, you can complete searches:
– by authors
– by categories
– by keywords (tags)
– in alphabetical order
– in chronological order
– in chronological order by months
– within the pages (Site map)
– among the most popular pages and articles
